Repackage or relabel our products;
Remove or alter product warnings, directions, lot numbers, or expiry information;
Export products in violation of applicable law;
Represent yourself as an authorised Chompr retailer, distributor, or agent; or
Sell opened, expired, damaged, improperly stored, or tampered products.

Products sold outside authorised channels may be stored, handled, labelled, or resold in ways that affect their quality, safety, authenticity, or eligibility for a refund or other remedy.

We may limit or cancel orders that reasonably appear to have been placed by an unauthorised reseller, dealer, or distributor.

5. No Veterinary Advice and Accuracy of Information

Content published on the Website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

It is not veterinary advice and is not intended to replace advice, diagnosis, care, or treatment from a licensed veterinarian.

Chompr products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You should consult a qualified veterinarian before changing your pet’s diet, supplement routine, medication, or health regimen, particularly where your pet:

Has a diagnosed medical condition;
Takes medication;
Has a known allergy or sensitivity;
Is pregnant or nursing;
Is very young, elderly, or medically vulnerable;
Has previously experienced an adverse reaction; or
Displays severe, persistent, sudden, or worsening symptoms.

Stop using a product and seek appropriate veterinary advice if your pet experiences a suspected adverse reaction.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, the Website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to:

Chompr does not guarantee that every pet will achieve a particular outcome. Results may vary depending on factors including:

Consistency of use; and

6. Website and Price Modifications

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Website where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, maintenance, or business purposes.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Certain products, promotions, or services may be available exclusively online.

Products may be offered in limited quantities and remain subject to our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, and any terms displayed at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Product descriptions, availability, discounts, and prices may change without prior notice.

Any offer made through the Website is void where prohibited by law.

7. Payment

If your bank or card issuer reverses a valid payment, we may contact you and seek payment using another lawful method.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a legitimate payment dispute or chargeback right.

8. Order Placement and Acceptance

9. Subscriptions, Automatic Payments, and Cancellation

The Website may allow you to purchase a product as a one-time order or through a recurring subscription, including a “Subscribe and Save” option.

When you enrol in a subscription, the payment method provided at checkout will be charged automatically at the interval selected during checkout until the subscription is cancelled.

The material terms of your subscription will be displayed before you complete your purchase and may include:

The recurring price;
The billing frequency;
The shipping frequency;
Applicable shipping charges;
Any introductory or continuing discount;
The method for managing or cancelling the subscription; and
Any minimum commitment, where applicable.

Unless otherwise disclosed, subscriptions continue until cancelled.

By enrolling, you authorise Chompr and its payment service providers to charge your selected payment method automatically for each recurring order.

You may cancel an eligible subscription at any time before the next recurring order enters processing.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the account or subscription-management link provided to you, where available, or by emailing:

Cancelling a subscription prevents future eligible renewal orders. It does not automatically cancel, return, or refund an order that has already been:

Charged;
Confirmed;
Submitted for fulfilment;
Processed; or
Shipped.

Orders that have already entered processing remain subject to our Returns and Refund Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining current payment, billing, shipping, and contact information.

If a recurring payment fails, we or our subscription provider may:

Retry the payment;
Contact you for updated payment information;
Delay the shipment;
Pause the subscription; or
Cancel the subscription.

We will not impose a subscription-cancellation process that is unreasonably difficult compared with the method used to enrol, where prohibited by applicable law.

10. Shipping

Chompr ships to eligible destinations in accordance with our Shipping Policy and the information shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders shipped within the United States generally have an estimated shipping timeframe of 6–10 business days after processing.

Shipping timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered.

An accurate and complete shipping address is required.

You are responsible for checking your:

Name;
Street address;
Apartment, suite, or unit number;
City;
State or province;
ZIP or postal code;
Country; and
Contact information.

Chompr is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We will attempt to make the requested change, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be completed after an order enters processing or fulfilment.

Shipping, customs, lost-package procedures, damaged shipments, international orders, and returned-to-sender packages are governed by our Shipping Policy.

11. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmation issued by a shipping carrier may be treated as evidence that an order was delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout.

Where tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, you should:

Check your mailbox and surrounding property;
Check any designated safe-delivery location;
Ask household members, neighbours, building management, or reception staff;
Allow up to two business days in case the carrier marked it delivered early; and
Contact the carrier for further delivery information.

We will review the circumstances, but delivery confirmation does not remove any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refund eligibility, return shipping, inspections, damaged products, opened-product restrictions, and promotional bundles are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.

Eligible change-of-mind return requests must generally be made within 30 days of delivery.

Because Chompr products are ingestible pet supplements, bottles that have been opened, used, partially used, or had their tamper-evident seal removed or damaged are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Eligible products must generally be:

Unused;
Unopened;
Factory-sealed;
In their original packaging; and
In the condition in which they were received.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns.

Returned products are inspected before a refund is approved.

A return may be rejected where the product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Returns and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts remedies required where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

After an approved return is processed, your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

This section applies to individuals who interact with Chompr through social media platforms, including:

Facebook;
Instagram;
TikTok;
YouTube;
X;
Pinterest; and
Other third-party platforms.

These platforms are operated by third parties and have their own terms, privacy policies, and moderation procedures.

Comments and opinions expressed by users are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Chompr.

We may moderate or remove content from areas we control where the content is:

Unlawful;
Abusive;
Misleading;
Defamatory;
Threatening;
Discriminatory;
Spam;
Fraudulent;
Infringing; or
Otherwise inconsistent with our community standards or these Terms.

If you encounter offensive or inappropriate content on a third-party platform, you may also report it directly to the platform operator.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The Website will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
Every website defect will be corrected immediately;
Every product will meet every customer’s expectations;
Every pet will experience the same outcome;

Product availability will remain unchanged; or

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chompr and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, suppliers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from:

These Terms;
The Website;
Our Privacy Policy;
Our products;
Your use or attempted use of the Website;
Your use or misuse of a product; or
A third party’s use of the Website or products.

This may include loss of:

Profit;
Revenue;
Savings;
Data;
Goodwill;
Business opportunity;
Use; or
The cost of substitute products or services.

Where our liability can legally be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to Chompr for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the relevant limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Dispute Resolution

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from:

Seeking urgent injunctive relief;
Reporting a matter to a regulator;
Exercising a lawful payment-provider right;
Bringing an eligible small-claims matter;
Making a complaint to a consumer-protection authority; or
Exercising any right that cannot legally be restricted.

Unless a separate arbitration agreement is lawfully adopted and clearly disclosed by Chompr, disputes will be resolved by a court with lawful jurisdiction over the matter.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chompr and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, service providers, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your material breach of these Terms;
Your breach of a representation made under these Terms;
Your unlawful use of the Website;
Your violation of another person’s rights;
Content you submit; or
Your unauthorised resale, relabelling, modification, or misuse of Chompr products.

This section does not require you to indemnify Chompr for losses caused by Chompr’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.

18. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Website may include materials, integrations, or links provided by third parties.

We do not control all third-party websites, platforms, payment services, shipping providers, applications, or content.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, products, services, or independent conduct, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Questions or complaints relating solely to a third party’s products or services should be directed to that third party.

Other content collectively referred to as “Submissions.”

You retain ownership of content you create.

By submitting content to Chompr, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and continuing licence to:

Host;
Store;
Reproduce;
Edit;
Adapt;
Publish;
Translate;
Distribute;
Display;
Promote; and
Use the Submission in connection with operating and marketing Chompr.

You represent that:

You created the Submission or have permission to provide it;
It is true and accurate where presented as a review or testimonial;
It reflects your honest experience;
It does not infringe another person’s rights;
It is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, or harmful; and
You have disclosed any free product, payment, incentive, discount, or other material connection where required.

We may use a Submission together with the name, username, image, or other information you have authorised us to display.

We may refuse, moderate, edit, restrict, or remove a Submission that violates these Terms.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that every customer or pet will experience the same result.

Sections relating to privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other continuing obligations survive termination where applicable.
